4. The Butler List and Provider Information
The Butler List is private. Provider information is not intended to operate as a publicly browsable directory. Information may nevertheless be shared internally and with relevant ZipButler clients or client representatives when ZipButler considers a provider for a requirement, quote, recommendation, or commercial relationship.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
ZipButler may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, analytics, attribution, and—if enabled—advertising or retargeting. The specific technologies used may change over time.
ZipButler uses Meta Pixel and expects to use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Insight Tag for analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, audience development, and retargeting where enabled. These technologies may collect or receive information from your browser or device and may involve disclosures that constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
6. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
ZipButler does not intend to sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies, if enabled, may constitute “sharing” under California privacy law even when no money changes hands. Where required, applicable choices are available through the Privacy Choices page and recognized browser-based mechanisms such as Global Privacy Control.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for Provider Profile review, Workspace administration, Butler List operations, client relationships, payments, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, legal compliance, and other legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may differ based on the type of information and relationship.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, and you should protect your Workspace credentials and notify ZipButler of suspected unauthorized access.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about certain disclosures; to opt out of certain sale or sharing; or to appeal certain privacy decisions. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.
California residents can review additional options on our Privacy Choices page.
