Never heard of it? That is by design. The Butler List is not public. You do not browse it, buy a listing, or purchase admission. Providers are profiled, privately reviewed and—where appropriate—invited.

Your professional rate is only part of the economics.
When the ZipButler Concierge asks a Butler List provider for professional time before an award, qualifying professional time is compensated according to the provider’s approved ZipButler terms.
Paid Consultation™
Professional advice, calls, site visits, analysis, scoping and specialist recommendations can be compensated when authorized.
Paid to Quote™
If the Concierge asks you to price it, qualifying estimating and bidding time is paid—even if the project is not awarded.
On-Call Compensation™
Selected provider relationships may include compensated readiness for agreed availability and priority response.

When the work is awarded, the project or service engagement is separate and your established commercial terms apply.

It is your private operating environment with ZipButler—where you build and maintain your Provider Profile, establish commercial terms, communicate with ZipButler and, if invited onto The Butler List™, receive and manage future Concierge opportunities.
